We provide a full claims management service handling all claims from notification to settlement for material damage including tenants and right to buy contents schemes. Our services are supported by networks of contractors but we are more than happy to work with a chosen/preferred contractor.

Pro-active case management and open dialogue is the key to successful outcomes. We monitor all contractors and other service providers on a case-by-case basis or by ad hoc audits to ensure good quality workmanship at a competitive price. Unlike other claims management companies we do not accept commission payments from contractors that can artificially increase costs.
