Director of Operations
Stephanie joined the company in September 2006 and was appointed Director of Operations of TopMark Claims Management Ltd in January 2008.
Stephanie has 17 years claims experience having worked for a major insurer; an international loss adjuster and a multi-national insurance broker. During that period she dealt with all technical aspects of Liability, Motor and Property claims.
She has devised and delivered claims solutions for international commercial organisations and large public authority clients in addition to conducting numerous insurer audits reducing claim numbers and costs.

Mark Smith Cert. CII
Claims Director
Mark joined the company in September 2006 and was appointed Claims Director of TopMark Claims Management Ltd in January 2008. Mark is a highly experienced claim professional with over 20 years in the Insurance Industry.
He began his career with a major UK insurer before moving to a national broker based in Glasgow. He worked in, and latterly controlled, a specialist claims management unit dealing with liability and motor claims for self-insured Local Authorities and commercial clients throughout the UK.
Mark has vast experience in the handling of claims made against Public Authorities, and in controlling their insurance programmes as account manager for many Local Authorities and Utilities. He is responsible for the regular compilation of accurate management data for clients showing claims status and reserves.
